Definitions
The Company – onlinenios, including its subsidiaries, holdings, branches, centres and franchisee.
The Student- Students enrolled with the Company
Parent- All biological parents and also, any person who is not a biological parent but has parental responsibility for the child irrespective of the relationship with the child.
Guardian-a person who has been appointed by the Court of Law to take care of a minor child personally and / or manage the child’s affairs.
Agent- Any person duly authorized as an agent in writing by the Parent or guardian.
Branch - Branches owned and controlled by onlinenios.
Important Information
Please read these conditions carefully as they shall form the part of the contract between the Parent / Student (If he / she is major) and Company. If required Company can sub-contract or hire or appoint a franchisee to provide the service on Company's behalf. However, the entire responsibility of services provided would rest with Company. It is important that you make sure that you have read and understood all of these conditions and confirm that you accept these conditions when you sign the Admission Form.
Further by admitting/enrolling your ward at the Company and by paying the requisite fees, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read & understood the terms and conditions relating to admission to the Company (also available at the Company’s Website at https://www.niosclass.com/termsconditions) and agree to abide and be bound by it. Any deficiency in the admission process cannot be pleaded as an excuse for not abiding by the terms and conditions relating to admission / payment of fees / refund / usage of student name by the Company etc.
Application and Enrollment/Admission:
To enrol with the Company, the application form must be completed, digitally signed by the student and Parent / guardian by putting their names and submitted along with details of class, subjects, course enrolled, and recent softcopy of the passport size colour photographs affixed on the admission form. Incomplete forms shall be rejected and no claims shall be entertained in that respect. Many a times the parents raise a concern that the admission counsellors did not inform/guide them about the courses and/or about the terms & conditions properly. It is also equal responsibility of the parents / guardians to read the terms & conditions thoroughly to enable them to take independent enrolment decision before making any payment of the fee for admission. Parents / students are free to ask any question or doubts before admission. We assure that it will be taken care with full dedication to enable you to take an informed and good decision. Please be informed that post admission, this kind of complaint or representation shall not be entertained by the Company / Branch / Centre nor can be used as an excuse for refund or any discount.
Payment of Fees:
The fees can be paid either in lump sum or in instalments. Provided however that in case of payment through E.M.I, the 1st instalment should be paid before the commencement of class and the remaining instalments, if any are to be paid before the start of classes for the next month.
All payment of fee for Regular as well as Crash Courses, including ancillary charges should be paid through any of the below listed payment modes only:
Net banking (RTGS / NEFT)
Mobile Wallets: For more information on payment through mobile wallets like Paytm, Mobikwik, PayU, etc.
Debit / Credit Card
Online payment through Payment Gateway
In case of payment by credit card / debit card / wallets or any other online mode, chargeback shall not be entertained by the bank.
Misprint & Defective notes: The notes provided by the teachers are checked thoroughly to rectify errors. However, considering the large number of pages involved, some misprints or errors may occur. In case you notice it, please inform on studentsupport@niosclass.com. Pease check all the booklets and pages carefully. Blank or missing pages in the notes must be brought to the notice of studentsupport@niosclass.com within 5 days of receiving the study material.
You acknowledge that onlinenios offer online coaching classes under brand name NIOSCLASS and does not provide any instrument/medium/hardware. The classes will take place over NIOSCLASS app. The students are required to have necessary gadgets and internet connectivity to attend the online live classes.
Subject Change:
If a student wishes to change the subject or curriculum from regular to crash course or vice versa, he / she may be allowed to do so with the permission of the authority, subject to the following conditions:
- Parent / Legal guardian must submit an email application for change of course / subjects addressed to the studentsupport@niosclass.com
- The fees for the new subject will have to be paid separately and will not be adjusted with the paid fees of subject being asked to change. Where such change is from a course with higher fee to a course with lower fee, no refund of difference in the fee shall be made. However, where the change is from a course with lower fee to a course with higher fee, the student shall be liable to pay the difference.
- The decision of onlinenios in this regard shall be final and binding. It can be done only once.
Refund Policy
Onlinenios works in a transparent manner. Our Refund policy ensures that all the refunds are processed in a fair manner. In case, where a student expresses his/her intention of not attending the course, and withdrawing his/her admission, we would require refund Application from Parent / Guardian (along with relationship) to be submitted to studentsupport@niosclass.com and stating the reason for seeking a refund. The date of submission of written application for refund will be considered for the purpose of calculation of the refund amount. The refund will be processed only in “Savings Account” and not in any other type of account.
- If the refund is sought within first seven lectures, full refund will be given.
- If the refund is sought between eight to fifteen lectures, prorate refund will be given basis considering the balance period for which the student does not want to pursue the studies with onlinenios.
- No refund will be offered, if the refund is sought after fifteen lectures.
- A processing fees of Rs 500 only will be charged for processing the refund amount.
Refund will be processed within 15 days of approval of your request.
Students’ Conduct:
Late Arrival: A student arriving 10 minutes after the start of classes/tests shall not be allowed to enter the classroom.
Sincerity and Discipline: All students enrolled with the Company are expected to work hard regularly. Students shall be bound by the rules and regulations in all matters whatsoever, including the applicable fee & fee schemes applicable.
The Company reserves the right to dis-continue/rusticate a student from the enrolled course, in case any of the student is found to be misconducting, using foul language or threat over phone, email or in-person towards the Company or any of the staff members of the branch/centre or corporate.
In case of exit or movement of any teacher or faculty at any branch/centre, the student is not permitted or allowed to create any discord or hooliganism at the branch/centre. Proper grievance should be registered with the competent authority, which will be resolved as soon as possible.
Your use of our products and services provided for herein is solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Any use of the content other than for personal purposes is prohibited. Your personal and non-commercial use of this course material and our services shall be subjected to the following restrictions:
(a) use our product or service for commercial purposes of any kind, or (b) advertise or sell any products, services or otherwise (whether or not for profit), or solicit others (including, without limitation, solicitations for contributions or donations) or use any public forum for commercial purposes of any kind, or (c) use the course content or our products and services in any way that is unlawful, or harms onlinenios or any other person or entity as determined by onlinenios.
Parents’/ Guardians’ Conduct:
a. It is the responsibility of the parents to submit the fee of their ward in time as per schedule given in the prospectus. They should not expect reminders and calls from the Company.
The parents can enquire about their ward’s progress or any other problem concerning their ward through an email to studentsupport@niosclass.com.
Any change in Permanent / Correspondence Address, Mobile No. (student & parent) & E-mail ID should be notified in writing to the appropriate centre within 10 days of such change to studentsupport@niosclass.com.
It is compulsory / mandatory to provide complete and correct E-mail ID / Mobile No. of the Student / Parents / Guardian. The result of tests or any other information of the Company will be sent to the student by SMS/Whatsapp and on his / her E-mail ID, Company shall not be responsible for the non-receipt of any information regarding result or anything else owing to non-supply or supply of incorrect information in the Admission Form at the time of admission in this regard or for technical glitches beyond the control of the Company. Non-receipt of information through SMS/Whatsapp or e-mail should be promptly notified to the customer support email for necessary steps.
The Company reserves the right to dis-continue / rusticate a student from the enrolled course, in case any of the parent / guardian is found to be misconducting, using foul language or issuing threats over phone, email or in person towards the Institute / Company or any of the staff members of the branch / centre or Head Office of the Company
The Company is responsible for providing teaching and admin staff to all its students for the course. In case of exit or movement of any teacher or faculty at any branch / centre, the parent / guardian is not permitted or allowed to create any discord or hooliganism at the branch / centre. Proper grievance should be registered with the studentsupport@niosclass.com, which will be resolved as soon as possible.
Limitation of Liability:
Eligibility
It is for the students themselves to ascertain whether he/she is eligible for a particular NIOS examination or not. The Company and/or the branch/centres shall not be held liable in the event a student’s admission form/examination form cannot be forwarded or is rejected by the examining body on any ground whatsoever. Such a student cannot claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee he/she has paid to the Company.
It shall be the sole responsibility of the students to procure and forward duly filled and completed exam admission application forms to NIOS examining bodies. The Company owes no duty in this regard and shall not be held responsible for any failure on the part of the student in this regard.
Force Majeure: Company and/or branches/centres shall be not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations (in total or in part) if such delay or failure is due to any cause(s) including but are not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, riots, lockdown, government restrictions, sanctions, wars, terrorism, insurrections, civil disturbances, earthquake, weather, fire, epidemic, pandemic, lockdown, explosions, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Company ("Force Majeure Event"). The Company and / or centres/branches shall not be held liable for any loss and/or damage of life or property due to any mishappening and/or accident at the Company and/or branch / centre due the reason of Force Majeure Event. Accordingly, no refund shall be given to any student/parent/guardian in such case. However, classes may not be conducted in online mode, if running of the classes is prohibited as per the applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, during such period Force Majeure event. No refund shall be made to any student/parent/guardian in this respect also.
Student / Parent communication: The Company may contact from time-to-time to the parents/ students/ guardians through SMS, WhatsApp, email and call to give notifications on various important updates. Therefore, the students/ parents/ guardians should not hold the Company liable for any liabilities including financial penalties, damages, expenses in case the student/parent/guardian’s mobile number is registered with Do Not Disturb (DND) or National Do Not Call (NDNC) Registry database. The students / parents / guardians undertake and represent not to lodge any claims against onlinenios in this regard.
Intellectual Property Rights: mean any include but not limited to products, proprietary information, patents, trademark rights, logo, technology, study material, utility model, design, know-how, trade secrets, data bases, industrial processes, source codes, copyrights (including rights in computer software) and any other intellectual or industrial property rights (whether registered or unregistered) subsisting or recognized under the law applicable for time being in force.
It is clearly understood and agreed that Company shall own and retain all right, title and interest in and to any Intellectual Property Rights created or developed by the Company. Nothing contained herein shall assign or transfer in any manner whatsoever, any of the rights, title, interest in Intellectual Property Rights of one Party to the other Party. Onlinenios reserves the right to take necessary legal actions if any attempt to breach copyright or patent is found. Jurisdiction for all legal cases will only be Jaipur & all legal expenses incurred by onlinenios. shall be borne by the student.
Publicity:
The Company reserves the right to use the single / group photograph(s) and name of the student for publicity in all kinds of media at any time. In addition to the photograph, the Company also reserves the right to record video-audio testimonial of the student & parent for the purpose of referencing or promotion, as required by the Company at any stage during and/or after the completion of the course for the purpose of publicity in all kinds of media. No separate permission will be taken from parents / students for the same.
Reservation of Rights:
The Company reserves its right to make any alteration in its timing and days of classes without any prior notice to students / parents. The decision of the company will be final and binding on the students & parents.
Dispute Resolution
For any grievances, you may mail us at studentsupport@niosclass.com. These mails are under direct access of the Management. Jurisdiction for all legal cases will only be Jaipur & all legal expenses incurred by onlinenios shall be borne by the student.
d) Account & Password Creation
You agree that in order to avail the course, You would require to register yourself with onlinenios and to furnish certain personal information and details, including but not limited your name, mobile number, e-mail address, residential address, grade/class of the student, payment information (credit/debit card details) as may be required by onlinenios for the purpose of creation of your account and password.
It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that the above said information provided by You is accurate, complete and best to your knowledge.
You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account information and for all activities that occur under Your account.
To ensure that You successfully log out from your account at the end of each session; and
immediately notify onlinenios of any unauthorized use of your account.
If online has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of your account, online may request You to change the password or online in its sole discretion may suspend Your account without any liability, for such period of time as onlinenios may deem appropriate.
You acknowledge that Your ability to use your account is dependent upon external factors such as internet service providers and internet network availability and onlinenios cannot guarantee accessibility to the course at all times.
onlinnios shall not be liable to You and or any third person for any damages, compensation, cost, loss arising from your inability to log into your account and access the Course including any damage caused to You and/or any third person due to improper handling and/or misuse of the Product.

The third party website is not owned or controlled by onlinenios and contents thereof are not sponsored, endorsed or approved by onlinenios. Onlinenios does not vouch or guarantee or take any responsibility for any of the contents of the said website including transactions, product, services or other items offered through the website. You will access this site solely for the purpose of online payment of course fee and you acknowledge that any reliance on any opinion, advice, statement, memorandum, or information available on the site shall be at your sole risk and consequences.
Onlinenios, employees, officers, directors and other associates shall not be liable for any loss, claim or damage whatsoever including
• The event of deficiency in the service of such third party websites
• Any consequences of error or failure of internet connection equipment hardware or software used to access the third party website through this link
• Slowdown or breakdown of third party website for any reason
• The event of the interception, "hacking" or other unauthorized access to information provided by a user of this service.
• The institute cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct institute account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details
• The institute cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason
• If the card supplier declines payment, the institute is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account
onlinenios is not directly involved in the online payment but through service provider. Thus, we shall be not responsible in any case until the course fee paid by student or parent is credited in to the Bank Account of onlinenios.
By preceding further to access the said website it is presumed that you have agreed to the above and also the other terms and conditions applicable. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the online service for payment of Course Fee to onlinenios. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Onlinenios reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. You should therefore re-read the terms and conditions each time that this service is used.
Upon completing an Online Service, you will be presented with a confirmation screen verifying the transaction details you wish to process. It is your responsibility to verify that all transaction information and other details are correct. The transaction shall be deemed binding at the time the confirmation screen is displayed. You should print the transaction confirmation for future reference and your files. Onlinenios shall have no accountability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of providing Online Services or for loss of data or information caused by factors outside of institute's control.
